**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Accurate capturing of supplier invoices
- Process cash book entries
- Capturing of Bank statements, creditors, and suppliers on Pastel
- Invoicing and receipting
- Filing
- Administrative Tasks
- Payment Preparation

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric and a bookkeeping/accounting diploma or degree
- Minimum of 2 years Bookkeeping experience
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience
- Must be efficient
- Efficient in the following:

- Excel
- Pastel
- Excel
- Microsoft Office
- Great communicator, self-starter, energetic, goal orientated and analytical
- Strong ethics
- Process driven
- Strong administrative skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working: 2 years (preferred)
- in a similar position: 2 years (preferred)
