_**Job Purpose**:_

We are looking for a talented Sales representative that will increase brand awareness and sales by promoting our products with our various customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**

Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.

Building rapport with customers and vendors.

Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the Sales Manager.

Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.

Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.

Contribute to marketing surveys completed on Skynamo

Maintaining a positive image of the company, at all times.

Achieving your monthly budget as set out by Management

Stock rotation (FIFO principle)

Merchandising on-shelf to ensure our products are displayed with the best placement in the correct category.

Prospects and lead generation

**Job Specifications**

At least 2 years in a relative position

Prior experience in a customer service and sales environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

Strong admin skills and competent with MS Office and Skynamo (or similar CRM)

Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain the monthly schedule

Ability to compile monthly reports

Ability to analyse the sales history to suggest solutions to the customer to grow sales

Confident to open new accounts and land prospects

Ability to travel and must have drivers’ license and own vehicle.
