As the Finance Director you will report to the CEO - ATS International with a dotted functional line reporting to the Finance Director - Tsebo International.The role is a key part of the Executive Leadership team and as the Finance Director you will take responsibility for all financial performance and reporting and will have responsibility for setting out the Division’s short and long term financial targets and performance metrics. They will work closely with senior management to help develop and implement strategies which will allow the business to realize its revenue, profit, cash and market share objectives.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As the successful applicant will be responsible to the following but no limited to: - Ensure business compliance with Company accounting and administrative policies and practices, in conformance with legislation and generally accepted accounting practice - Full compliance with tax regulations - Driving cashflow and working capital improvement and managing the integrity of the balance sheet including debtor days and days payables. - Managing Internal Controls - Managing the Budgeting process - Ensure a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties, customers and advisors**

**Qualifications**:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant - CA.SA - Minimum 10 years’ experience post qualification with at least 5 years in a senior management position in a large multinational
