The Quality Analyst will be responsible for setting and enforcing the appropriate Quality standards and programs with all stakeholders (internal and external) in line withbthe overall quality objectives of Premier FMCG. The QC analyst ensures that the quality standards are consistently achieved by engaging with site HOD’s and other role players. This includes supporting production and maintenance to ensure they operate at set standards - accurately, efficiently and effectively.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Matric with above average pass in Maths, and science.
- Diploma/Degree in Quality Assurance, Chemistry or similar tertiary qualification.

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2-3 years’ industry experience specializing in quality control

**Key Outputs**:

- Prepare and implement the Premier FMCG and site QC strategy and QC plans.
- Managing Premier FMCG prerequisite program(PRP) through implementation, training, maintenance, verification and review thereof to ensure adherence to all standards and requirements.
- Conduct and implement trend analysis and manage any negative trends via communication to ensure corrective actions is taken and implemented in time.
- Managing the quality control system on site by ensuring QC tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated to ensure compliance.
- Information has been verified against specifications and that deviations are queried.
- Audits is conducted as required on the QA system.
- Quality inspections are conducted as required.
- Hygiene and pest control inspections is conducted.
- Support QA team towards world class quality standards.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the site HOD’s in relevant QC issues.
- Monitor the QC Performance for the site.
- Review, challenge and approve QC plans and procedures.
- Maintain safety and the ISO 9000 system.
- Provide adequate management information, based on consolidated reporting.
