**Job Advertisement: Sales & Administration Coordinator**
**Location**: Ouhout Furniture Head Office Brackenfell
We’re looking for a highly organised **Sales & Administration Coordinator** to join our team This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling multiple tasks with efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Preparing and processing **quotes and job cards**:
- Providing excellent **client service** and support
- Acting as the **link** between stores and head office
- Answering **calls** and assisting customers with inquiries
- Experience with **Omni** is advantageous
- Assisting with **recruitment** and administrative HR tasks
- Assisting with **basic bookkeeping or invoicing**:
- Ensuring **sales reports and order tracking** are up to date
- Helping with **marketing/admin support** if required
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years of administrative experience** in a similar role
- **Strong organisational skills** and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- **Excellent communication skills** (both written and verbal)
- Experience in **customer service and order processing**:
- Ability to work **independently and in a team**:
- Strong **attention to detail and problem-solving skills**:
- **Own transport** is required
