What You'll Do

You'll play a key role supporting our sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, warehouse, and internal departments while gaining hands-on experience in marketing and wholesale management.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating wholesale/B2B orders and preparing invoices.
  • Communicating with customers on order status, ETAs, and backorders.
  • Liaising with warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate fulfilment.
  • Updating product, pricing, and promotional information on internal systems.
  • Working through the company CRM database to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Assisting in creating marketing materials, product listings, and campaigns to support sales growth.
  • Providing sales and finance reports and assisting with reconciliations.

Who You Are

  • A recent BCom graduate (Marketing, Business, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience (internships included) in sales coordination, operations, or marketing support.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how different functions work together.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive attitude and team spirit.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with Xero, Cin7, or CRM tools is a plus (training provided).
