Cape Town, South Africa LAST MILE DELIVERY Full time

We are seeking a Junior IT Support to assist in maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT Specialist, operations, software, and logistics teams to ensure smooth system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our fleet of drivers with tech-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with our delivery management system, driver apps, and customer tracking platforms.
- Set up and maintain company devices (e.g., tablets, mobile phones, and GPS tracking units).
- Support Operations and Dispatch teams with tech-related needs.
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to senior IT staff.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and FAQs to improve internal support processes.
- Assist in onboarding and training drivers on using tech tools effectively.
- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to test new features and updates.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment.
- Experience with fleet management software or delivery tracking tools (preferred).
