**Introduction**
Our Client, a leader in the Catering and Hospitality Industry, seeks to appoint an experienced Barista / Cashier / FSA (Food Service Attendant) to join their dynamic team. Applicants need to reside in and around the Cape Town area.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
Operate the coffee machine and associated actions to produce hot beverages.
Operate smoothie dispensers and associated actions to produce cold drinks.
Operate oven and associated actions to produce baked goods or warmed sandwiches.
Prepare sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, soft drinks, etc.
Operate till and act as Cashier.
Clean and maintain food quality standards.
Maintain auditable paper trails for all audit requirements.
Cleaning and maintenance of all machines in store.
Serving customers.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving when customer problems arise.
Restock the cafe as per requirements.
Process food orders from customers.
Serve customers in a counter or buffet-style setting.
Ensure that items are served at correct temperatures and in the proper plate presentation.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
Grade 12 (Twelve) certificate.
At least 3 (Three) years of experience in a similar position.
Retail experience is a must.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
No criminal record.

**Package & Remuneration**
