**Description**:
The position will be part of the logistics team and support the traders across the full range of commercial activities, focusing on administrative duties.
Your duties will include liaising with customers on a regular basis for shipping updates and organising logistics for specific market segments.
Build and maintain effective relationships with service providers, customers, and team members.
Utilise resources and deadlines and organise and plan accordingly
Organise and plan considering all the relevant issues and factors such as deadlines and resources.
He/she must be able to understand and appreciate different and opposing points of view on an issue, be able to think critical, and voice his /her opinion in a dynamic team.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Logistics.
A minimum 5 years’ experience within the export and/or import industry.
Experience in the fruit industry will be highly advantageous.
Excellent computer literacy, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with the following programs will be advantage (such as Palbroker, Prophet and Dipar).
A highly organised and flexible approach to work, including the ability to prioritise your workload.
Knowledge of fruit export documentation will be advantageous.
Self-motivated, result driven, exceptional attention to detail and able to take initiative.
