The incumbent will be responsible for the following key functions:

- Receiving and recording of invoices
- Matching purchase orders with invoices
- Match invoices with GRN’s
- Accurate processing of invoices into the system
- Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations of creditors
- Prepare creditors payments
- Submit monthly payment reports

Apart from the above, the incumbent will also be responsible for general administrative duties in the office.
