Floor Leader

The main purpose of this job is to supervise all floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff, and managing inventory. Ensure that all floor requirements are met.
Below are the key responsibilities however this is not limited to any other reasonable and lawful request from the company.
Supervise staff.
Train staff to perform allocated roles.
Manage inventory.
Assist customers with any queries or requests.
Delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles.
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and
enhance profitability.
Train, and oversee new staff.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg South, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
