You will start as a Senior Agent for Three Weeks, once passing systems training, you will be a Team Leader. This is purely to get the experience of the system and Sales Floor culture.

We have successful Team Leaders on this Programme - Every Leadership comes in this way onto the Sales Floor

Basic Salary 10-12k depending on Experience plus commission. (PAYSLIP REQUIRED)

Discovery Insurance Campaign:
Looking for a Dynamic Sale driven Team Leader to lead a team of 10 -12 Call Centre sales agents

Manage and achieve daily and weekly sales targets on sales campaigns
Host Agent sales and performance meetings daily to effectively establish a daily dialler and sales strategy for sales conversions
Performance Management - Ensure all non-performing agents are coached, quality assessed and corrective measures are established to correct sales performance
Manage attendance, registers, sales sheets and sales boards etc effectively.
Train, coach and mentor all sales staff.
Talent pooling - recruit, train and coach continuously to ensure the ideal sales agents are acquired to achieve sales targets
Establish and manage sales incentives to drive sales conversion and reward
Compile daily and weekly reports accurately.
Reporting to the Campaign Manager

Required Qualification

Grade 12

Proficient in Microsoft Office, dialler, telephony systems

Relevant Call Centre Certificate/ Diploma (added advantage)

Required Minimum Work Experience

2 years’ experience in a Sales Call Centre environment

2 - 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor/ Team Leader role
