AllLife is looking for a passionate, talented and highly successful **Outbound Sales Team Leader - based in Durban** to take one of our sales teams to the next level.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front, who is hungry to grow personally and bring a new dynamic to our team, someone who is exceptional at supporting, growing and delivering through people.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Matric
- Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
- With reliable or preferably their own transport.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Must have 2 - 3 years’ experience in leading highly successful outbound sales teams.
- Must have 2 - 3 years’ years’ sound insurance industry knowledge
- Solid experience in selling complex underwritten life insurance is preferable.
- Individuals must have a successful and proven sales track record.
- Computer literate
- Tertiary Education Preferable
- FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage

**CANDIDATE RENUMERATION PACKAGE**
