**What you will be doing**:

- Dive into project financial analysis, exploring feasibilities, profit returns, and IRR.
- Navigate the dynamic world of cash flow, guiding forecasts, and ensuring funding aligns seamlessly.
- Venture into revenue forecasting, tax considerations, and the intricate world of legal agreements.
- Lead the charge in audits, maintaining precise trial balances, and driving system enhancements.
- Infuse an efficiency mindset, providing insightful and diverse reporting.
- Reconciling sales and accounting systems, oversee payroll intricacies, and manage journal entries.
- Support Finance leaders and handle any ad hoc challenges.

**What you need**:

- Preferably hold a CA (SA) or CIMA qualification.
- Bring 5 years of valuable experience to this dynamic role.
- Embrace the fast-paced environment with your Finance or Accounting degree.
- Showcase your proficiency in Xero and Syft software.
- Equipped with a background in construction-related finance.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with reporting pack compilations.
- Your efficiency, organisation, and attention to detail are your strengths.
- Enjoy the challenge of deadlines while thriving in a supportive team.
- Bring your interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Navigate Microsoft 365 suite and Excel effortlessly (pivot tables, vlookups).
