If you're commercially astute, technically strong, and passionate about building scalable financial frameworks, this role is for you.About the employerThey're an ambitious, fast-scaling FMCG group with a global footprint and a clear mission: to innovate, grow, and lead with purpose. Their international operations are expanding rapidly - and they're building a finance team that can keep pace.What you'll be doingOwn monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across global entities (USD functional currency).Manage outsourced and in-house accounting processes (US & UK entities).Lead consolidated reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and foreign currency management.Oversee transfer pricing compliance and external audits.Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align financial performance with business goals.Build robust financial dashboards and KPIs to support executive decision-making.What they're looking forAccounting degree and SAICA Articles / CIMA / SAIPA qualified.5-8+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally in FMCG, retail, or global operations.Proven experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments and intercompany transactions.Strong technical accounting background (IFRS knowledge essential).Hands-on yet strategic - equally comfortable doing the work and directing the strategy.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, analytical, and resilient with a bias for action and accountability.What's in it for you?Be the financial lead across high-growth global markets.Work with an entrepreneurial leadership team who value ownership and agility.A culture that rewards impact, celebrates innovation, and embraces the "art of possibility."Ready to lead the future?Apply now and take the next step in your international finance career.If you don't hear back from us within 2 weeks of applying, please consider your application unsuccessful.
