**Key Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Your own laptop
- Transportation
- Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Previous sales experience (advantageous)
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing/Sales/Real Estate (advantageous, but not required)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your role will include:

- Leading a team
- Assisting with landlord and tenant requests
- Managing outdoor marketing strategies
- Assisting with digital marketing execution and strategy
- Business Development Management/Sales
- Conducting property valuations and brokering sales in conjunction with a senior broker
- Orchestrating and executing property viewings
- Maintaining knowledge of inventory on the market
- Keeping abreast of the latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies
