Mariposa Call Centre is currently seeking Experienced Outbound Sales Consultants to join our ever-expanding dynamic & driven offshore sales team. Our client is a leading moving brokerage in the US, that provides nationwide moving services to residential consumers in addition to providing assistance in the home services and self-service relocation industries.

This challenging position requires someone who has excellent communication skills and brilliant closing techniques. Ensuring that both our client and company needs are exceeded. Someone who is confident & well spoken with a minimum of 2 years previous experience in the call center outbound sales environment is essential.

We are seeking an individual that is self-driven, motivated and has experience in sales to help us grow the business. Our sales experts handle high volumes so you must have energy, enthusiasm and able to WORK under pressure.

This is a **work-from-home** position has the following **requirements**:

- **Quiet **work area is required.
- **Own Personal computer / Laptop** with Windows 10 or 11
- Excellent professional **business English **(oral and written).
- Energetic, enthusiastic, bright eyed and bushy tailed.
- Driven & Sales Orientated.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

**Desired Qualities**:

- Extroverted, friendly, confident, and driven personality to actively meet set sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of call center systems and operational regulations.

**Availability**:

- The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset
- Hours of operation are from 1:00pm to 6:00am Monday - Sunday
- 4:00 AM PST - 8:00 PM PST Monday - Sunday. We work in the (US) Pacific Standard Time Zone.

**Technical Requirements**
- Own Personal computer / Laptop with Windows 10 or 11
- Hardwired internet connection (must be Ethernet, not Wifi)
- USB Headset with microphone and mute button (3.5mm, Bluetooth etc. will not work)
- Minimum internet speed of 20Mbps download and 20Mbps upload
- Backup power source required
