Financial Assistant/Junior Bookkeeper

Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily cash-up recons

Processing supplier invoices on Sageone

Filing

Bank recons

Supplier recons (invoices, credit notes) and loading of payments

Bookkeeping to TB

Ad hoc financial duties

Basic HR duties; loading EMP501 data etc

Maintaining the business mail-inbox

Ad hoc admin duties

There will also be PA duties on an ad hoc basis.

This individual needs to have their own transport. This person will have to collect source documents from 2 separate businesses (10km radius) twice a week and will be re-imbursed per AA rates.

**Requirements**:
Matric

Studying towards, or completed qualification in the accounting field.

Own reliable transport

Afrikaans speaking

SAGE one

Needs to live in Pretoria-East

Average 25-hours per week, on a flexible schedule

R10 000 pm

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
