We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk, Governance & Compliance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust risk management framework, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and overseeing corporate governance practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Risk Management**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Report on risk exposure and risk management activities to senior management and the board.

**Governance**:

- Ensure the organization's governance framework is robust and in line with best practices.
- Advise on corporate governance standards and practices.
- Support the board and its committees in governance-related matters.
- Develop and update governance policies and procedure.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance training for staff.
- Monitor and report on compliance activities.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues.

**Internal Controls**:

- Develop and maintain a system of internal controls.
- Conduct regular internal control assessments.
- Recommend improvements to internal controls and processes.
- Monitor the implementation of internal control recommendations.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on risk, compliance, and governance activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and the board.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of [X] years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management and compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience in a similar industry or sector is preferred.
