The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

- Manage customer accounts on Pastel
- Generate and process invoices
- Handle claims, short deliveries and credit notes
- Obtain and process payment information
- Compile and distribute statements
- Follow up on overdue balances
- Reconcile debtors accounts
- Monitor and maintain age analysis
- Daily filing of documentation in accordance with financial & accounting principles
- Assist with general administrative functions and tasks as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of Matric with Accounting
- At least 3 years’ practical experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Effective organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal aptitude
- Detail-orientated and high degree of accuracy
- Excellent data entry skills
