**OneCall24** is one of the UK’s fastest growing Recruitment companies within the **healthcare sector.** We are looking for Registration Officers to join our team. We are based in **Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Basic knowledge of employment and framework regulation for the NHS (Training will be provided)
- Providing advice to the business regarding registration standards.
- To be responsible for the registration process, including (but not limited to):

- Uploading of documents onto our database
- Keep an accurate tracker of the documents in file and the ones outstanding
- Set up workers for training on the different training platforms
- Book practical training sessions for workers
- Upload new packs that reside in your priority area
- Ensure all forms are uploaded to Job science
- Check the Registration Inbox regularly and ensure all documents for your pipeline are uploaded onto Job science
- Regularly audit your priority list so records are accurate
- Give regular updates to Account Managers/Business Development Managers for their area pipeline
- Active Attempt to clear 5 packs per week
- Schedule regular meetings with AM/BD to adjust priority pipelines due to responsiveness/eligibility
- Ensure all mandatory documents are uploaded onto job science before sending for clearance
- All other duties assigned

**Experience**

2-3 Years Legal administrative/Compliance administrative background.
