**WELLNESS CENTRE MANAGER/HOST - MPUMALANGA - R Depending on experience**

Currently recruiting a WELLNESS CENTRE MANAGER/HOST for a luxury 5* Lodge situated in Mpumalanga who will be responsible for curating and delivering an exceptional wellness experience for guests at the Reserve. This role involves hosting guests, managing the wellness lodge, and designing and implementing wellness programs, including activities such as yoga, meditation, and massage therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Hosting and Wellness Facilitation:

- Greet, welcome and host guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their wellness needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with guests to customize wellness programs based on individual preferences, health conditions, and goals.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in wellness to continuously enhance program offerings.
- Organize and facilitate wellness events, workshops, and retreats.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Design, implement, and manage wellness programs tailored to meet the diverse needs and preferences of guests.
- Develop a variety of programs, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, and massage therapy sessions.
- Conduct training sessions in yoga, meditation, and massage therapy for guests.
- Ensure that all sessions align with industry best practices and safety guidelines.

2. Wellness Lodge Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wellness lodge, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a tranquil environment.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment related to wellness activities.
- Supervise and lead a small team of professionals, including therapist, housekeeping as well as chefs.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Maintain accurate records of wellness program participation.
- Provide regular reports to management on the success and improvement opportunities of wellness initiatives.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate wellness activities into the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with on-site chefs for the creation of wellness-focused menus.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness management or a related field.
- Certification in yoga instruction, meditation, or massage therapy is required.
- Proven experience in hosting and providing personalized service to guests.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of wellness trends and the ability to incorporate them into program development.
