Our IT Insurance Software client based in Johannesburg is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate, organise and make changes to the sprints, in accordance with agile and internal principles. The role will manage the process of how information is exchanged.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Grade 12
- Certified scrum master qualification
- SAFe - Agile Certification
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years’ experience as a certified Scrum Master working in an Agile environment with agile principles and scrum processes
- 5+ years’ experience following Agile and SAFe methodologies
- 5+ years’ experience in a Product Development space
- Chairing of daily meetings and interacting with the teams & questioning on where processes are for the day
- Working with people at all levels in the organisation
- Conflict management and negotiating with the team
- Must be solutions orientated with strong problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Product problem detection and resolution
- Collaboration & facilitation of close communication within the team and with appropriate external stakeholders using collaboration tools
- Defining and documenting all user and business requirements into specification documents with the client and internal stakeholders on an iteractive and agile basis.
- Working with the project manager to deliver to the project plan and deadline requirements.
- Working with relevant product and or project teams to prioritize the units of work through collaboration with stakeholders to optimize the value of the deliverables
- Assisting the QA team in understanding the product and in building test cases and packs to help facilitate an accurate and effective QA process
- Using training and change management processes to ensure continuous improvement internally and to client and feedback mechanisms.
- High level MS Office skills (specifically Word and Excel)
- Basic Insurance Knowledge - advantage

**Salary**: R30 000 - R40 000 per Month, including benefits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
