We are looking to recruit a SAP HCM Administrator I to work within the Group Compensation & Benefits Services department. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Business Systems Analyst (SAP HCM).

**Job description**:
**Job Objectives**
- Documentation and Administrative Tasks
- Ensuring knowledge management documents are continuously updated
- Project assistant role to ensure all project documentation completed and manage the project plan to date
- Organisational Management - tasks
- Performance Management - generation and management of appraisal documents
- Training and Events Management - upload processes and managing of weekly errors
- SharePoint Management of Human Capital
- User Management (SAP, 4ME, Onbase)
- 4ME template management (CRM) - the entire Group HR Suite
- Reporting (monthly, weekly ad-hoc) - Including reporting on Performance Management
- Data Analytics
- Payroll related system activities - audit of SARS codes, legislation across all countries and ensuring system alignment
- Time Management - Ensuring the knowledge of system setup is continuous - Error resolutions where required
- Training of end users on various system/business tools

**Minimum requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1 year experience in payroll/HR environment
- A relevant Diploma/degree
