**Introduction**
- We are recruiting for a SAP HCM Administrator I to work within the Group Compensation & Benefits Services department. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Business Systems Analyst (SAP HCM).

**Job description**
- Documentation and Administrative Tasks
- Ensuring knowledge management documents are continuously updated
- Project assistant, ensuring all project documentation is complete and manage the project plan to date
- Organisational Management
- Generation and management of Performance Appraisal documents
- Upload processes and managing of weekly errors relating to Training and Events Management
- SharePoint Management of Human Capital
- User Management (SAP, 4ME, Onbase)
- 4ME template management (CRM) of the Group HR Suite
- Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc or project reporting
- Data Analytics
- Payroll related system activities - audit of SARS codes, legislation across all countries and ensuring system alignment
- Time Management - ensuring the knowledge of system setup is continuous and error resolutions where required
- Training end users on various system/ business tools

**Minimum requirements**

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1 year experience in payroll/ HR environment
- A relevant Diploma/ degree
- Intermidiate Excel is required
