**REQUIREMENTS
- Matric plus minimum 5 years administration experience
- Tertiary qualifications advantageous
- Own vehicle and drivers license
- Well-spoken and able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to manage an office diligently with attention to detail
- Working effectively towards deadlines and manage responsibilities independently
- Word, Excel and ability to assist with planning to help timelines for managers
- Working hours 8 am to 4 pm

**DUTIES**
- Managing all aspects of the office
- Answering incoming enquiries and building relationships with clients
- Assisting with taking messages and answering calls on behalf of the owners
- Quotations
- Manage the stock holding for their Italian partners parts
- Ensure all parts are listed and available
- Order replenishment of parts and pre-plan as requirements come in
- Handing out of stock and ensuring stock is neat, tidy and everything is documented and in order
- Manage the ordering of consumables required
- Stock takes monthly to ensure all items are accurately recorded
- Ensure vehicle licensing is up to date
- Manage all administration within the business that can improve the workflow and free up time for the owners
- Use initiative to adjust systems and procedures where improvements will l make a difference
- Returning calls on behalf of owners
- Contacting suppliers on behalf of owners and clients

**Salary**: R13 R15000 dependent on experience
