**JOB OPPORTUNITY: SHE REPRESENTATIVE - ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION**

**Location**: Durban
**Position**: SHE Representative (Safety, Health & Environment)
**Salary**: R7,000 Gross per Month
**Start Date**: 18 August 2025
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for safety and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily site safety inspections and report findings.
- Ensure compliance with OHS Act and applicable SHE standards.
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
- Maintain and update SHE documentation and registers.
- Facilitate safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Promote a strong safety culture among all site staff.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License (automatic and manual vehicles)
- Recognised SHE Representative Training Certificate (required).
- Registered and understanding of the SACPCMP
- Minimum 1 year of SHE experience in the construction industry (electrical construction preferred).
- Basic understanding of South African OHS legislation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure.

**Added Advantages**:

- Additional safety training (e.g., First Aid, Fire Fighting, or SAMTRAC).
- Experience on electrical infrastructure or similar projects.
- Residing near the project site.

**We Offer**:
