Purpose:
To perform to the best of your abilities all duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned
to you. You will always do your best to protect and promote the business and the
interests of the company and to preserve its reputation and goodwill. You will always be
neat and presentable, and your personal conduct must always be courteous, friendly,
professional and helpful. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be
limited to the following:
Training:

- Provide ongoing technical training and operational procedure training to
internal and external clients.
- Provide training to account managers and sales staff
- Provide training to call center staff

Support:

- Provide technical support services to clients. Provide support to external technicians across the country
- Assist outsourced technicians when they are unable to resolve issues onsite
- Attend to site escalations
- Manage and monitor job instructions as allocated for installations
- Prioritize tasks and follow company conduct rules and procedures

General duties:

- The overall well-being of the vehicle is your responsibility, this includes the
contents in it (i.e. Boot Stock)
- Be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle. Ensure the vehicle is serviced at the correct intervals. Maintain quality of tools and equipment
- Ensure job cards are signed by the client and submitted in accordance to
company procedures
- Perform any additional ad hoc duties as required by the business
- Ensure all spares and consumables received as boot stock are well maintained
and accounted for when used on the field to service clients
- Ensure all correct spares are loaded on the vehicle
- Replenish boot stock
- Ensure damaged and used spares are returned to stores
- Complete your monthly boot stock count
- Vehicles must always be driven responsibly and in adherence to the law
- Be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle
- Ensure unresolved installations or services are escalated to the relevant
managers
- Adhere to health and safety requirements as per company procedure
- Required to work overtime on an ad-hoc basis

- Good ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Must show a willingness to learn and gain new skills. Must have a valid driver's license.

Education and Qualifications:

- Matric essential
- Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office
