Our Cape Town office is looking for a traffic and operations assistant to join our DTP department.

**Minimum relevant experience and skills/attributes required**:
Assist traffic managers to plan and manage workflow for the DTP Shoprite and Checkers workflow in studio.
Stand-in/cover for traffic managers when needed.
Liaising between KAM, ATL, creative departments within the agency i.e. chase templates, style guides and setting up handovers to ensure the DTP department have their templates & style guides on time.
Chase, remind, check-in & follow-up on web, WhatsApp, moya uploads for digital team ensuring that files are delivered in time for live date.
Handle weekly timesheet reports - mail staff, check against workbook entries and confirm.
Responsible for and placing of meal orders for staff working later than 18h30.
Responsible for and placing of transportation requests for staff working later than 18h30.
Generating price quotes as confirmed by the DTP General Manager on Workbook.
Generate freelance purchase orders and follow-up on Freelance invoices
Communicating any concerns or delays to the DTP General Manager
Ensure that any deadline given is strictly adhered to and communicated with all relevant parties
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Check-in daily with client service and DTP creatives and flag any concerns, delays with the Traffic Managers in order to manage and flag potential issues and pressure points and / or non-deliverables
Ensuring accurate information is communicated to all relevant team members at each step within the creative process
Strong written and verbal communication
Diligence, accuracy, strong administrative skills

**Requirements**:
Minimum two years traffic or administrative experience of which minimum one year should be in agency environment

**Admin skills**:
MS Office (MS Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
