Joining their team means working in a collaborative, detail-driven environment where your growth and technical skills are valued.The Role: Junior DTP OperatorAs a Junior DTP Operator, you'll prepare and adapt artwork into accurate, print-ready files across campaigns, packaging, and point-of-sale materials. You'll work closely with designers and production teams, ensuring all files meet brand guidelines and printer specifications. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their technical expertise while contributing to smooth and high-quality production output.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate print-ready files from approved master artworkAdapt artwork into multiple formats and sizes for campaigns and packagingApply and update content in line with brand guidelinesSupport rollout of point-of-sale, packaging, and digital artworkEnsure all file deliveries meet printer and supplier specificationsMaintain organised file structures and version controlLiaise with designers and production staff to ensure timely job completionAbout You2 to 4 years of experience in a DTP, studio, layout, or repro roleGrade 12 certificateProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on Mac OSStrong attention to layout accuracy and formattingSolid understanding of production artwork setup (bleed, colour mode, resolution)Exposure to preparing print-ready artwork and basic knowledge of print processesFamiliarity with POS materials, packaging, and signage is advantageousReliable, organised, and able to deliver under tight deadlinesWillingness to learn, adapt, and develop a technical skillset
