**Job Title**: Debt Collector - Call Centre

**Location**: Bellville

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent after a 3 month Contract Period

**Working Days**: Weekdays (8 hours plus breaks) and occasional Saturdays (4 hours)

**About The Client**:
Our client, a debt collection company based in Bellville, is seeking debt collectors to join their team.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Achieve allocated collection targets.
- Meet productivity targets through effective communication and negotiation.
- Monitor and optimize Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments daily.
- Maintain accurate debtor information and ensure proper account maintenance.
- Handle interactions with empathy, tact, and professionalism.
- Understand and meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
- Track metrics such as number of calls made, productive hours, and Right Party Contacts (RPCs).
- Convert RPCs into PTPs and ensure PTPs lead to successful collections.
- Manage average PTP value effectively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations.

- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 2 years experience in outbound debt collections, outbound sales, or outbound customer service.
- Clear criminal record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Familiarity with collections systems is advantageous.
