VACANCY: SUPERVISOR - PAYROLL

A permanent vacancy exists for a Supervisor -Payroll Paterson Grade B4 in our HR Department.

Purpose of the job:

- Preparation and processing of payroll.
- Reconciliation of salaries and employee benefits
- Attend to and resolve queries
- Document management, maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Month-end processes i.e. monthly billing statements etc.
- Annual Financial Audit preparation.
- Processing and submission of Statutory Requirements i.e. SARS, COID, UIF, etc.
- Maintenance, administration, and processing of Payroll systems i.e. SAGE people, Time, and Attendance.
- Compiling of reports and statistics as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric Certificate.
- Diploma or certificate in HR and/or Payroll Administration.
- 5 years of payroll experience in a medium-sized company (500+ employees)
- Computer literate i.e. proficiency in the usage of MS Office package with advanced Excel skills.
