**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Using Segmentation to identify to each Customer Development Team which SKU’s requires monthly collaboration.
- Produce monthly Demand Planning Collaboration files per market & rolling the volumes back up into forecast location levels once received back from SCM - CDT.
- Upload volumes on monthly basis into APO. Close collaboration with Supply Chain Manager - CDT to ensure commercial plans are accurately represented in APO.
- Sharing APO volumes with CDT finance as well as Supply Network Planning to ensure alignment.
- Highlight volumes that cannot be supported by statistical models & commercial activities and working with the commercial teams to align these volumes in APO.
- Ensure that marketing & commercial activities in the SGC (Strategic Growth Center) as well as on the ground are planned per forecast location, consolidated and used to adjust the promotional demand plan line in APO.
- SPI’s, TVC’s, Radio, Sell In, Sell Thru & Sell Out New, Transition Products & VAP’s ensure that all supply constraints are communicated into the CDT’s & validate that those constraints are represented in APO.
- Attend key meetings with Marketing & SNP to ensure all DP (Demand Planning) relevant action items are noted, communicated to the regions as well as represented in APO as per the agreed actions & timelines.
- Produce monthly Sell-Thru reports, produce key exception reports that will help the business drive inventory reduction, customer service & master data.
- CVC maintenance, SKU Life Stage, Views & Pricing, Sell Thru Reports, Inventory without DP, DP In Excess of Inventory/ Supply production of demand planning performance reports as well as key reports on areas of business that directly or indirectly impacts on demand planning accuracy, inventory & customer service.
- Find opportunities to use the APO system & any other CP (Colgate Palmolive) system to improve DPA (Demand Planning Analysis).
- Ensure systems & reports are accurate, by maintaining master data as well as validating transactional inputs & upload.
- Produce pre/post performance analytics on predefined criteria that will contribute in terms of determining areas for improvement and opportunities.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION**
- A Bachelor's Degree Preferably in Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Statistical forecasting & Demand Planning in the FMCG Industry.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Experience using supply chain management forecasting/ERP systems (SAP/APO and other tools).
- Scheduling and forecasting experience.
- Understands the SKU’s and customer hierarchies.
- Understanding of Business processes, systems & strategies.
- Experience in working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
