The purpose of the position is to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

**Minimum Experience and Qualification Required**:

- Grade 12
- 3 years retail sales experience
- Hotel experience advantageous
- Knowledge of Hermanus area and surrounds
- Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic
- Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Must be able to work under pressure

**Key Performance Objectives**:

- Manage Boutique and travel desk
- To liaise with guests
- Monthly stock control
- Selling and communicating with guests
- Meeting monthly budgets
- Meet sales budgets by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- To assist in Front Office operations if and when needed
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hermanus, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
