Boutique winery in Hermanus is looking for a new manager. As a supervisor, you’ll have to take part in the rebuilding of the winery and the sales strategy. As a hospitality professional, you’ll have to handle wine tastings, build up a new strategy to grow wine sales, and promote the brand through professional events. Passionate about wine, you like to take on challenges and you must be self-driven. You want to make a full and long-term commitment to our company.

Established track record in having worked in wine for 3 years minimum, understanding of wine and the hospitality industry. You have held a position of responsibility and you have strong computer and reporting skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience and skills:

- Wine knowledge and wine experience - WSET level 2 minimum
- Experience and background in wine service, tourism, and hospitality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - with guests, management, and colleagues
- Exceptional writing and computer skills.
- Financial analysis skills
- Effective and dedicated team player
- Education: University qualification.
- Strong sales experience.
