Attendant: Packing Quality

Responsible for total Quality assurance at the Production Site, which includes ensuring the effectiveness of Quality Control Management System and specifications which enables the production of high -quality products.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily quality control checks on incoming raw material, in
- process product and / finished / packed product.
- Responsible for total Quality assurance at the Production site which includes ensuring the effectiveness of Quality Control Management System and specifications which enables the production of high
- quality products.
- To timeously ensure that testing equipment are in good condition to ensure accuracy of results.
- To analyze and record the results to verify whether the products are within specification and inform line and or supervisor accordingly.
- To maintain general standard of housekeeping and safety to meet GLP standards.
- To ensure Food Safety (FSSC 22000) adherence.
- To ensure that the OHSAct is complied with.
- To ensure timeous and accurate results capturing onto LIMS

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science

**Experience Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment will be an advantage.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office package)

**Other Requirements**:

- Pressurized environment
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
- Required to be on stand-by
- Overtime expected from time to time.
