Business Intelligence Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Specialist/ Business Analyst to join our We Buy Cars team. This person will be responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within the organization.
**Business Intelligence Specialist Responsibilities**
- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the business
- Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s objectives
- Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management for implementation
- Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the business
- Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the business for efficiency and profitability
**Business Intelligence Specialist Requirements**
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant and Business Analyst
- 1-3 years post article experience. Experience in a similar role will be beneficial
- Needs to be extremely computer literate to be able to build financial models with flexible scenario analysis, process and smartly analyse large volumes of data.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- The ability to work with both as a team and independently
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proper knowledge on business policies and regulations
- An understanding of budgeting procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning
