- Ensuring final check and all delivery requirements have been adhered to
- Managing relationships between the client and the bank/insurance provider
- Ensuring statutory requirements are met
- Monitoring the progress of the finance & insurances product sales
- Administering the finance & insurance data
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is met

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- 3 years' experience working as a F&I at a dealership
- NCA and RE5 Accredited
- Tertiary qualification (Degree or diploma)
- Class of Business up to date
- DOFA registered
