About Our Client

Our client is a niche experiential perfume brand, celebrating mindful creativity, fun, and togetherness through bespoke fragrance experiences. Their Perfume Mixology Boxes empower customers to craft their own signature scents at home, using artisan accords made with premium natural botanicals.

Founded in 2024 as an innovative kitchen table start-up, the brand has already built momentum through live workshops and retail mixology sets. This Christmas, the focus is on positioning their Luxury Perfume Mixology Boxes as a premium gifting option offering both luxury and playfulness in a unique, sensory-driven experience.

The Role: Freelance Social Media Content Creator

The role is a short-term freelance contract, combining creative content production, social media management, and light ad campaign support. The goal is to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of the Luxury Perfume Mixology Boxes in the run-up to Christmas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (Sept-Dec).
  • Create visually compelling content Reels, TikToks, Stories, using supplied images/video.
  • Suggest creative campaign ideas, festive hooks, and Canva templates to enhance the brands luxury-meets-playful feel.
  • Write captions in a warm yet luxury tone, optimised with relevant hashtags.
  • Schedule content via Meta Business Suite (Later/Buffer optional).
  • Run seasonal campaigns such as countdowns and festive gifting series.
  • Assist with Meta Ads Manager setup and optimisation for targeted campaigns.
  • Provide weekly analytics reports with insights and recommendations.

About You

  • Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for premium lifestyle, beauty, fragrance, or creative brands.
  • Strong content creation/editing skills Canva, Reels, TikTok (CapCut ideal).
  • Experience running engaging campaigns for seasonal or gifting periods.
  • Excellent copywriting skills in UK English with a strong sense of luxury brand storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Organised, self-motivated, able to work independently and deliver under seasonal deadlines.
  • Comfortable working closely with the founder and aligning content with the founder's personality and brand voice.
  • Own laptop required.

  • Interest in fragrance, wellbeing, crafting, or artisan/luxury products.
  • Knowledge of SEO for social captions.
