To facilitate communication, collaboration, and information sharing between the organization and their clients.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum Matric qualification is mandatory.

Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Minimum 2 years’ experience with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholder management preferably in a debt collections environment.

Sound experience in building rapport with clients and handling multiple clients’ accounts.

5 years working experience with advanced use of MS Excel formulae and 2 years with MS PowerPoint.

4 years working experience with MS Outlook and 4 years with MS Word.

Minimum 2 years proven experience in investigative ability.

Minimum 5 years experience in SME management.

Fundamental knowledge of query resolution
