**About the Role**:
Balance Due is seeking a motivated, dynamic, and well-spoken Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves both inbound and outbound sales, requiring you to work in the office and conduct client visits. You’ll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue through effective communication and personalised solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and qualify leads, following up with potential clients to close sales.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Ability to discuss service features effectively with prospective clients.
- Maintain a database of current and potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competing products, and market opportunities.
- Upsell services where relevant.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and closing deals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Matric Certificate (tertiary diploma/qualification advantageous)
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in outbound sales or call centres preferred.
- Experience in the debt recovery industry is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Effective cold calling and listening abilities.
- Competitive, driven, and target-oriented personality.
- Charismatic, positive, and enthusiastic approach to sales.
- **Other**:

- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license are essential.

**What We Offer**:

- Basic salary starting at R8,000 (depending on experience).
