**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Network Package Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of network packages to businesses. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with tremendous potential for growth and advancement within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' networking requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospects, addressing their specific business challenges and objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and deployment of solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or networking industry.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, technologies, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
