**Requirements**:
As well as a minimum Bachelors degree (or international equivalent), gained in a degree that has inspired you, that has provided you with a different perspective and has honed your ability to tackle problems in innovative ways, you can demonstrate a genuine commitment to team work, people and diversity.
In addition, and with operations in more than 60 countries, you’ll need to have a truly international mindset and at least two languages of which English should be one.

Rotation
Together we will design a program of rotations, incorporating our core business areas of Sales, Supply Chain and Support Functions. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the team’s objectives and projects, while building an extensive network of colleagues and senior leaders from all parts of the organisation, who can support your ongoing personal and professional development.
Training & Support
To accelerate your learning journey, we offer our graduates regular, formal development opportunities through our comprehensive, world-class training programs, covering a wide range of business and technical skills. You will be further supported by a senior business mentor and a dedicated coach, who will help you to grow both personally and professionally.
Challenges
