**Job Purpose**
- The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for an experienced registered Industrial Psychologist to manage the enhancement of individual, group and organisational behaviour initiatives/ interventions.

**Minimum Requirements**
- A Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology; Compulsory registration as Psychologist (Industrial) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa; A minimum of 3 years post - registration experience as Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA; Valid code B driver’s licence.

**Recommendation**
- Experience in Leadership and Culture Interventions will be advantageous.

**Remuneration**
- R 1 245 564 per annum (Grade 1) - OSD as prescribed.

Note on remuneration: Cost-to-employer (CTE) remuneration packages for certain occupation-specific dispensations (OSD), the middle-management service (MMS) and contract positions are inclusive of all costs related to service benefits or obligations including basic salary, 13th cheque, medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc. MMS remuneration packages are flexible and may be individually structured as prescribed.
