To co-ordinate, implement and support all aspects of human resource practices and processes to ensure a happy and productive workforce that drives the company objectives and employee wellbeing.

**Responsibilities**:
▪ Support and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

▪ Maintain HR systems and processes

▪ Nurture a positive working environment.

▪ Manage the recruitment, interviewing, selection and onboarding process.

▪ Investigate training needs, develop training materials and monitor the utilization of training programs.

▪ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee retention.

▪ Drafting and updating job profiles and performance management programs/tools to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.

▪ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

▪ Support management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues by investigating employee issues and conflicts and providing resolution.

▪ Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently and up to date with relevant regulations.

▪ Manage, support and provide guidance to HR staff making sure the HR team supports the business.

▪ Assist with any responsibilities that may arise within the organisation.

**Requirements & skills**:
▪ People oriented and results-driven

▪ Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

▪ Knowledge of HR systems and databases

▪ Excellent active listening, communication, negotiation and presentation skills

▪ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

▪ Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

▪ High self-esteem and self-discipline

▪ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong relationships

▪ Proficient at Microsoft office platforms

▪ Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload

▪ Can-do attitude.

**Qualifications**:
▪ Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent

▪ Human Resource qualification or 5 or more years proven working experience in a Human Resource environment

**Salary**: R19,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
