**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years qualified Mechanic experience in the aftermarket motor vehicle repair and service industry
- Manage daily workflow
- Work towards achieving monthly targets
- Open and close workshop [must have own transport]
- SA Driver’s license
- SA Citizen
- Must have a Smartphone
- Work overtime
- Work on Saturdays
Front Desk Service Advisor responsibilities:
- Manage booking calendar
- Receive and handover customer vehicles
- Attend to the fleet and private customers
- Carry out pre-inspection
- Open Job cards
- Plan and allocate daily jobs [technicians]
- Manage work in progress with technicians & fellow service advisors
- Quote customers [booked in and walk in]
- Plan and manage drivers
- Time manage [parts ordered and received]
- Carry out final quality control inspections with technicians
- Discuss invoice with the customer and receive payment
- Nurture and expand customer base
- Work towards monthly targets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
