**Manager: Simulator Centre **at our
** **head office in
** Bonaero Park.** The successful applicant
** **will report to the
**Manager: Training.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Full management of the Simulator centre;
- Manage Simulator sessions and training;
- Maintenance of Quality manual and ensuring that it is adhered to;
- Regular checking of the Simulator documentation and Simulator between servicing;
- Safe keeping of Simulator ride check documentation;
- IOS/QTG Management;
- Monitor Simulator compliance as well as assist and liaise with SACAA during audits;
- Work with IOS SIM devices;
- Ability to present Technical courses;
- Marketing of Simulator sessions;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in operation and functioning of the Simulator.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Matric (Grade 12);
- Fully computer literate;
- Prior experience in Aviation and familiarity with the B737 will be advantageous;
- Having a good understanding of CAA regulations and staying current with Part 60 of the regulations will be advantageous;
- Strong Interpersonal Skills;
- Good organizational and administrative skills;
- Ability to handle pressure.
