**Department**: Application Solutions (SAP CoE) Core Description
Responsible for design, implement and deploy SAP ERP solutions for sales, including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities, all business transactions in SAP Sales and Distribution relative to Pricing and billing and Customer Service component. Participating in the scoping and implementation of large and complex SAP SD Solutions for clients. Ensure that end to end implementations and support services meet client requirements. Responsible for preparation and contribution to the process design and configuration. Provides direction to other consultants and may have supervisory responsibilities when required Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Complete SAP Sales and Distribution projects and deliver quality solutions to clients in time, within budget and to agreed scope. Ensure projects and solution deliveries have the required documentation, testing plans, etc.
Meet deliverable requirements/service level measures/specific targets. (e.g.: Meeting SLAs confining to quality requirements)
Drive and actively participate in designing and developing fit for purpose solutions for clients through obtaining and analysing business requirements and researching best practice (R&D).
Generate leads and identify opportunities to sell new solutions to clients. (e.g.: Feasibility analysis of Retail processes that can generate new SAP business)
Respond to client SAP SD RFP's, etc
Ensure that all potential risks that may impact on the performance and success of the department are identified, escalated and mitigated
Ensure high quality work processes during all support/project cycles through the defect management process to ensure a high-quality solution.
Building, testing, executing and managing data migrations utilising tools such as SAP LSMW or SAP Data Services solutions.
Create re-usable solution, process or work product (Technical/Non-Technical) that can save time, efforts and eliminate errors of self/others.

**Knowledge dissemination. (e.g.**: Conduct Technical/domain training to enhance skills of team members)
Ensure personal billable hours meet agreed target ranges
Submit timesheet in time according to BCX policies and procedures.

**Knowledge creation and storage. e.g.**: Document all new processes/activities, configuration and store on the knowledge management server
Preload and post load validation of migration results, handle dropouts and advise on data cleansing requirements.
Perform migration dress rehearsals, migration cutover tasks and post go-live support.
Providing advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advising on appropriate data management strategies and techniques.
Extensive experience of SAP SD and migration activities in a SAP environment
Strong experience in the design and implementation of SAP's ETL solutions such as SAP SD Services and SAP LSMW, and additionally integration technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs.
Implement SD framework as per SD architecture using SAP Data Services, Information Steward and Microsoft SQL server
Create Technical Specification documents by utilizing SD experience and computer program knowledge which will be used in creation of Data services Jobs.
Support Data Cleansing activities as required, using Information Steward, Excel, SD Services and SQL tools
A wide experience across a range of SAP ERP functional areas such as Finance, Logistics and Human Capital Management.
Experience in data analysis and reconciliation and able to prove correctness and completeness of migration tasks.
Experience with cutover planning and preparation of SD runbooks.
Good consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with business facing consulting capability.
Experience with implementing an S4/HANA multi-tiered SAP environment

5 years SAP Sales and Distribution SD consulting experience including 2 Full Lifecycle implementations
Familiar with SAP ECC and HANA environments.
Expert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performance
Can document SAP processes, procedures including changes, upgrades, and new services
Experience in SAP on cloud platforms would be a plus
