Business Relationship Representative

Our amazing consumer electronics client is looking for a **Business Relationship Representative in Sandton.**
The **Business Relationship Representative **will also be their customer service champion by hosting in-store promotions showcasing our products, services, and benefits to potential customers as well as being the first point of contact for all sales and after-sales queries.
**Mission**:
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships with all stakeholders from branch sales consultants, store managers, and Regional Managers.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the company within your designated regions.
- Communicate marketing campaigns for various channels to drive sales.
- Training of customer staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Handle queries related to our products or/and services.
- Travel is required to all stores around Gauteng for branch visits.
**Outcomes**:
- Providing after-sales support to customers on the warranties of their products.
- Handle after-sales information flow.
- Drive customer good customer experience.
- Manage in-branch collateral and incentives.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- 2 to 3 Years of proven experience in either a technical, retail or sales environment
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
