**CORE PURPOSE**

Agent’s responsibility to ensure that the sales process is a delightful experience for our customers

Agent will provide advice to customers and share product knowledge, to ensure that our products best meet their needs - ensuring that the satisfaction of the customer is the focus at all times.

Agent to provide assistance or support to customers whenever needed.

Agent to ensure that all targets are met.

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE /KNOWLEDGE**

**Qualifications**: Grade 12 (preferred)

**Sales ability**: Sales orientated, persuasive to customers and passionate about the sales environment

**Computer skills**: Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)

**Skills**: Excellent verbal, communication, writing, and numeracy skills.

**Experience**: Previous promotion experience / External sales / outbound sales / Retail

**Remuneration**:
Basic Salary: 4000.00 - R6000.00

Incentives
Provident fund and medical health plan after 6 months pending clean disciplinary record

Monthly Sales Incentives and Commission

Must be sales driven and have a passion for providing world class customer service

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: From R4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Cellular: 1 year (preferred)
